Sundai!

So I had a cool experience yesterday. I decided, well my folks aren't here, so why not throw a cook out! My mom and grandma took off to Houston for the weekend and I had the house all to myself. I had lots of fun with my friends and some new ones that I've just made.



So I picked up my best bud Joe at around 10am to go buy some meat. MAN that stuff is expensive! Well not really, since we bought a crap load for a lot of people. We got ribs.. hrmmm beef fajita meat.... and uhm... yeah I think we got some normal top sirloin style meat. So my little cousin daisy, my buddy Joe, and I started preparing the food. We made some guacamole, corn, rice, all those little extra sides to accommodate the real meaty stuff. I wanted to buy a lot more stuff but the money wasn't there to do any of whatever I wanted to buy. It would have been cool to buy some pies or cakes or ice cream even for desert. Some more drinks, we really need beer, soda, and other neat things to drink badly.
So basically we started cooking at around 4-5pm. No one showed up till like 7pm though. By then, my cousin Tury had shown up (I think he just wanted to watch the cowboy game though), my other cousin Johnny showed up, my friend Rene, and I think that's it. By around 8-9pm though more of my friends had shown up. We stayed up till like almost 4am just there chillin out side talking and drinking.

I had a blast all weekend and can't wait to see what happens for my birthday. Hopefully I won't have to waste any money to have the type of fun I do on my own.
It's funny because before last night, my family and I had never used the stupid grill before. That thing is a beast and it was a shame that we had never used it before. That's how I got the idea for the cookout!
